Victoria's Secret: $10 off $10 purchase?

This is a little confusing, but on the Victoria's Secret site, there's a banner that reads, "Today Only! $10 off your next purchase! Order today and get $10 off any online purchase between June 24-30." 

At first glance it seems like if you make a purchase today, you'll get a $10 code to use on your next purchase between June 24-30, right?

But, when you click on the banner for details....it reads:

So, it SOUNDS like if you add $10 in merchandise to your cart today, on June 24th you'll receive a coupon code by email for $10 off a qualifying online purchase. It doesn't say that you need to BUY today, just "add $10 or more merchandise to your bag"

It's a hot topic on SlickDeals, so just in case, I've added a $12.99 tee-shirt to my cart! And currently, VS is offering FREE Shippping on a $25+ purchase :)
