Head over to SwagBucks, click on the Special Offers tab on the left. Click the Tapjoy tab and look for an offer, "Vote to Reward your Favorite Local Business"
This will take you to an Intuit site, where you name your favorite local business, enter the city and state, and then write a short review. In a few minutes, you'll see 36 points show up in your SwagBucks account.
It doesn't appear to be one of those "spammy" sites, and you don't have to go though pages and pages of deals to get your reward :)
