Hi, I'm at RiteAid and just received a $1.99 +UPs and a $2.00 +UPs for the purchase of ONE 18 count pack of Scunci elastics! A $2.00 moneymaker! Will post more later!

So, according to Hip2Save, the $2.00 +UPs has been removed. You can still buy two packs of 18 ct Scunci Elastics for $1.99, and get (2) $1.99 +UPs back... FREE (you'll pay tax), but no longer a moneymaker. There is a limit of 2 per customer.
